Terms and Conditions for Mixing, Mastering, and Production Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of mixing, mastering, and production services ("Services") offered by domsigalas.com ("Company"). By engaging the Company for Services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

- The Company agrees to provide professional mixing, mastering, and production services as requested by the Client.

- The Company will deliver the final project in a format agreed upon by both parties.

3. Revisions

- The Company includes up to two (2) revisions of the mix or master in the original quoted price.

- Any additional revisions beyond the initial two will incur extra charges. The rate for additional revisions is specified in each service’s respective webpage. If in doubt, get in touch before ordering.

- If the Client makes changes to the mix or master after the initial approval, this may be considered a different mix and could incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Project Approval and Backups

- Upon final approval of the project by the Client, the Company will maintain backups of the project for a period of one (1) month.

- It is assumed that after one month of project approval, the project files can be deleted unless otherwise requested by the Client in writing.

- While the Company strives to maintain a good amount of backups for projects, infinite backups are not guaranteed.

- For backups extending beyond the one-month period, Clients should get in touch with the Company to discuss pricing for extended backup storage.

- Clients are encouraged to make their own backups of the final project files upon receipt.

5. Payment Terms

- The Company reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

6. Client Responsibilities

- The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials and information required for the completion of the Services.

- The Client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided are free from any copyright or other intellectual property rights infringement.

-The Client is responsible for delivering the necessary material within a week of placing the order.

7. Limitation of Liability

- The Company will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. However, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the final project once delivered and approved by the Client.

- The Company's total liability under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.

8. Termination

- Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. The Client will be responsible for payment of all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Confidentiality

- Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the provision of Services confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

11. Amendments

- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.

12. Acceptance

- By engaging the Company for Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
